I first met Carlie and Clive when they were working for a neighbouring property. At the time, I was searching for someone new to handle the turnaround cleans for our holiday cottage, and I immediately warmed to them. They’re a genuinely lovely couple, full of enthusiasm for their business, and their positive attitude really stood out.

A few weeks later, they began managing our cottage turnarounds, and I couldn’t be more pleased. They’ve maintained our 5-star cleanliness ratings, and their attention to detail is superb. Beyond the regular cleans, they’ve also carried out a full carpet clean and a deep clean of our open-plan kitchen and living area tiled floor, both to an incredibly high standard.

Carlie and Clive clearly take immense pride in their work. Their communication is excellent—they keep me updated on anything I should be aware of at the property, which has been invaluable. Clive recently stepped in to urgently replace our lock box and handled it so efficiently that you’d never know there’d been an issue.
